the key to getting people to accept all body types is to not give a fuck be completely apathetic to the situation care about your body and thats it because thats all that matters is your own body ok 

i’m rly tired of seeing fat people (and im not being rude fat is a descriptive word not an insult) try to change things by saying “i’m not fat there’s just more of me to see” or whatever because that’s only reinforcing the idea that there is something wrong with being fat 

there isnt

and there isnt anything wrong with being skinny either

whats wrong is thinking that its ok to hate on someone for their body

because it is none of your damn motherfucking business
